In 2019, during my maternity leave, Generation Yogi was born from a desire to blend motherhood with mindfulness. What started as Yoga Play for mums and bubs has evolved into a vibrant community across Adelaide.

Our network of dedicated teachers offers age-specific programs that nurture both body and soul. At Generation Yogi, community is at our core. We're more than a yoga studio; we're a sanctuary where individuals support, uplift, and inspire each other.
